Nice link title!! It reminded me of the CSI where the guys fetish was to watch women pee...and he taped it. I thought that was too much, but I have been proven wrong. This is too much. I have to agree with eyes for lies with the mental illness aspect.

Couldn't he have used a camera or something? Technology nowadays can spare you from having to have feces/urine dumped (ahem) on you to get your peep.
